Aquests exàmens:
- Ajuden les empreses a desenvolupar un equip de treball més eficient.
- Ofereixen una avantatge competitiva a qui busca feina i als treballadors en actiu.
- Permet que les universitats preparin millor els alumnes per a l’entorn laboral internacional.
- Simulen situacions de la vida real que són rellevants en l’àmbit internacional
- Mostren els punts forts i febles del candidat
- Permeten a les empreses relacionar els resultats de cada secció de l’examen amb les tasques que els treballadors han de fer a l’empresa; prendre decisions critiques sobre assignació de llocs de treball; seleccionar al trenballador amb les habilitats idiomàtiques que requereix la feina.
Durant més de 30 anys l’examen TOEIC ha marcat la norma pera avaluar les habilitats en anglès en l’àmbit laboral internacional. Actualment les qualificacions de l’examen TOEIC són utilitzades per 14.000 empreses, organismes governamentals i programes d’aprenentatge d’anglès en 150 països.
